Our Policies

Cancelation
1. All courses must be cancelled 2 hours in advance before the booked time.
2. Any no show for courses will be deducted as if it was used.
3.We understand that things come up but we ask for appointments to be cancelled 24hrs in advance. 1st Cancelation within 24hrs will be given grace. After the 1st cancellation/no-show all appointments after will be subject to a 25% cancelation fee on the schedule services. 3 consecutive Cancelations a 50% non refundable deposit will need to be taken for any future appointments.

Late Arrivals
•Please note that if you are 15min late for your appointment. Your booking will automatically be canceled and considered  as a no show.
In order for our team to be able to do your service in the allocated time and prevent any overlapping of appointments to another Blue K Beauty.

Payments
1.We accept cash, Debit card and Credit cards (Visa & Master cards) and Benefit pay only.
2.We do not provide installment or deferred payments.

Re-Do
If there is something about your service you do not like we are here to fix it. We know the industry is personal and you need to find your perfect Stylist or Nail tech for your beauty services.

Nail Re-do
•All normal polish application can be fixed provided we are notified within 24hrs from the application day.
•All gelish application can be fixed provided we are notified within a 3 day period from the application day.
• All nail Enhancements (excluding stick-ons) application can be fixed provided we are notified within a 7 day period from the application day.

*NB. Photos must be sent within the stipulated times so we can better our service and guarantee a satisfactory service every visit.

Hair Re-do
•Hair cuts must be notified within a 24hr  period any adjustments we will do. 
•Hair colors must be notified with in a 5 day period on any concerns or adjustments needed. This does align with the consultation and agreed upon results.

Refund Policy
1. All products & services are non-refundable.
